Glamorously perched on its own mini-island overlooking the Arabian gulf is Nobu, the upper echelon of Doha’s dining scene. Upon each return I manage to taste why Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa is so highly acclaimed. Which brings me to my latest visit, to sample some of Nobu’s long time favourites as well as some of the chef’s latest culinary approaches. NOBU SUMMER MENU
There are many more cocktails but these are the ones I have sampled and love, but didn’t get a chance to photograph.
Coconut & Apple with green apple juice, coconut purée and fresh lemon – This reminded me of a virgin piña colada, smoothy and creamy.
Açaí Punch with fresh ginger and blueberries, lychee purée and Açaí Black – Sweet with a refreshing berry taste.
